Redness and swelling at vaccination site

Does this look within the realms of normal at all?

Dd had her MMR booster on Thursday, one injection in each arm. The other one is fine, no reaction at all but her right arm has swelled and the redness is growing. It's at least double what it was a day ago.

Not sure whether to worry or not. She says it's not hurting and I sometimes react to injections with swelling so she might just take after me.

The NHS website said this is a common side effect and should go down so do we just wait and see seeing as it's not causing her any problems?

I would report it. Looks awful for her glad it isn't bothering her.
