somebody help me!

I'm 30 and constantly have at least 2 or 3 big, inflamed, sore spots along my chin/jawline. I also get smaller spots on my cheeks and chin.
Nothing works for me.
I'm at an absolute loss - it's really getting me down

Has anybody found a medication that actually works??

Right. I get or should that be got spots monthly, around the time of my period. For two months I haven't had any and I think this is why. I was looking for a new moisturiser for under my makeup and picked up Eucerin dermo purifyer. I think this has to be the reason I'm spot free.
