Since around 9:30 this morning I've been having extremely painful tummy cramps, in my lower stomach starting from around my belly button.
I had a bit of a number 2 accident when I didn't quite make it in time and have since had a few episodes of very explosive bowel movements. Been around an hour since last bm but the cramps and pains are on going. I'm feeling quite nauseous and weak, tired.
I occasionally suffer with IBS but this feels worse. I've taken buscopan and Imodium instants but they don't seem to be helping.
Any idea what could be going on? I don't want to ring 111 as dd is in her first nativity play at 2pm and I don't want to miss it.
