I found a lump the size of the top of my little finger on the back of my neck. I'm well in myself and it doesn't hurt and slightly moved. You can see its slightly raised. It's been there about 2 months now, does it sound like a Swollen Lymph node? (Hope I've got/ spelt the name right)
