I really am at the end of my tether now. For the past year or so I've had sneezing fits and feeling choked up. Right now I'm feeling ok, in a minute it could all change, there is no rhyme nor reason to this. I went to doc and they presumed it was allergy related and tested me. Results showed I was allergic to cats and household dust. Now I've lived with both all my life so why should it cause such a hassle now? Anyway, I took anti-histamine and it didn't really have much effect. I started taking note of sneezing and runny nose incidents - happening on holiday where there was no dust or cats, happening in middle of street in fresh air, any time any where. I went back to doc and she gave me stronger stuff - Fexofenadine hydrochloride. It made me feel worse (and on reading blurb it's more related to allergic skin reactions). I'm at my wits end. I am menopausal and had read of a link to hormones and food allergies. However that being the case, sure anti-histamines would still make it better? My question is could it possibly be something else? Some horrible virus lurking up my snozz? I'm going back to doc tomorrow and am ready to shoot myself with this, sore back, dreadful migraines (also linked to hormones), incontinence, you name it. I'm a happy, positive person but it's really starting to take it's toll.

Maybe try and push for a referral? Not sure where or whom to though. I'm sorry I can't help but maybe it'll give your thread a bump!
