Hi. Went to buy Floradix but now I'm confused with all the different ones. I'm slightly anaemic and low on energy. Thanks

I always get the tablets, because I find all the liquids taste like the smell of a compost heap.

Haha! Thanks Edith

The liquid is supposedly more effective, but it stains your teeth a fetching shade of brown! I recommend the tablets.

I've bought liquid Floradix from Holland and Barrett in the past, or you can buy online. It's got a lot of vitamins in too, but maybe try increasing your intake of red meat, spinach, broccoli, fortified bran flakes and also drinking orange juice as this boosts the absorption of iron. Try stay away from tea and coffee as this usually strips the body of iron. :)

Hope that helps! :)
