The photo is blurry, but it looks to me as if your Upper Left Central Incisor has a white filling (at the centre-line )......?
If so, go to your General Dentist and ask about replacement.. White fillings (composites) do tend to discolour after a few years, especially smoking/tannin-tea/coffee etc.HTH

No filling there - just the tooth.
I do drink a lot of tea and coffee.

I had a stain on my tooth. I put a blob of my usual tooth paste on the end of a cotton bud and scrubbed the tooth with it - stain disappeared. I was pleased not to have to go to the dentist.
