I've developed what i think is a tic. It's worst when i'm tired/stressed/nervous; its a very noticeable twitch/head jerk tic and seems to coincide with a stammer, its so uncomfortable and the more i try and stop it the worse it gets.
relaxing techniques aren't helping, only thing that helps is getting really engrossed in something so im focusing really hard. i get married soon and im scared of having the tic in front of everyone and stammering because i'll be nervous. i don't know how to prevent it happening :(
