One ridiculously heavy period? When others are normal?

Just that really. Flooded this month and it's been heavy for two days where normally I only have one heavy day.

Do I worry? Or not?

How old are you? Could be perimenopausal. I also flooded when I was v anaemic...

I had one like that. I think it was probably a very early miscarriage. Could that be a possibility
