2 year old grinding teeth in his sleep

my ds1 2 years old just started grinding his teeth - has anyone else experienced this? is their anything we can do?

My 7 year old does this very loudly. Drives us bonkers. But the dentist just said lots of people do it and didn't seem overly concerned.
