So periods generally a bit rubbish, sure, but this one seems worse than most. Have PCOS and irregular cycles.
Had a few excessively heavy periods in the past, but nothing like this. I use a cup, and usually lose 5-10 ml a day. In the last twenty four hours I've lost something in the region of 75ml. I'm having to empty every couple of hours. Feeling very 'washed out' and rubbish.
Anyone know why this period is so badly kicking my arse?
