Having a sigmoidoscopy on Saturday.. I gotta eat low fibre food Friday all day up to after the procedure.. what shud I eat..? What shud I avoid..? Pls advise.. and did anyone have a sigmoidoscopy..? Any thing I shud bear in mind or ask for..?? Confused
