I am desperate for advice.

I have had skin issues since I was young. Mostly some less common skin diseases that people usually get once in their life (according to the internet). I have a lot of moles/spots, mosquito bites itch like crazy(and swell up badly) and have had psoriasis on my hands and elbows.

About a month ago I noticed a wound on my right leg, near my ankle. Size of a 5p coin. I was going to bed and must have accidentally rubbed that part of mt leg on the bed, it hurt so I looked at it and it looked like someone ripped the skin off on that bit. It wasn't bleeding but was very painful to touch and burning whem touched. Didn't think much of it, thought I must've did it by accident somehow. But the two weeks ago, another one showed up. Actually 2, smaller ones, right next to one another. Same thing. Like the skin has been burnt slightly, and ripped off. No blood, really painful to touch. Tried to ignore it.. only I found another one on my right arm yesterday, same thing. I just don't understand it, surely if my skin looks like it's been ripped/burnt off I would've of felt it when it happened instead of randomly noticing it after??

I've been nauseous and have had trouble sleeping aswell as some abdominal pain going from my upper right abdomen and spreading to the left.

I went to see the gp and she didn't say much but refer me to a dermatologist, but it's a 10 week wait!

I don't know if any of my issues are connected but I am starting to get worried because these wounds look and feel awful and have no idea what it is. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Can you post a picture? I don't really understand the description.

Could your skin condition flare up with a good trigger?

Are they ulcers?
