Is this a migraine?

Pressure at the front of my head, if i move or suddenly turn my head its like a rush of pain. Started yesterday and paracetamol doesn't help. Its not constant just comes and goes. Does it sound like a migraine?

Migraine or sinuses maybe? Have you ever had this before?

Ah yes get sinusitis frequently i wonder if it could be that?

A migraine for me is debilitating. It starts as a pain in my temple. Then I have many symptoms including nausea, pins and needles, double vision, disorientation.

I can't do anything but lie in a dark room.

Migraine would normally prevent you from looking at your screen, I would guess more sinus related, am not a doctor though of course
