Can anyone share their experiences, particularly recovery time. I have just had a letter to say I'm due in for surgery next week! It will be open surgery but I'm worried as I have 7 month old to look after, I'm considering hunting down somewhere that offfers endoscopic privately to try and reduce recovery time. All advice gratefully received.
