There's loads of info I've found via google but nothing is really answering my questions so thought the lovely mumsnetters may have some good advice.
My dd had the pre school booster last week and has had a really high temperature for the past couple of days, a bit of vomiting and generally not feeling herself, very tired and complaining about a sore stomach. Now everything I find online says this sort of thing may happen but it also says there aren't often these side effects? Is this normal or should I be taking her to the doctors tomorrow?
