I think I had a virus of sorts last week. I had horrible nausea and tiredness and lived off toast all week.
Now if I eat a meal I'm getting nausea after.
I'm feeling very full after a small meal and have nausea for about 2 hours.
I'm not pregnant but feels like morning all day sickness.
What will help.

ime, just stick to snacks for 'meals'; snacks = small bowl of veg or whatever is healthiest you can do. You're probably over-nourished like rest of us so a spell of tiny meals won't hurt. Your appetite will be back soon enough.

I have a theory that after illness, sometimes our bodies loose the knack of making certain digestive enzymes. With me, I go a bit lactose intolerant -- but only temporarily.
