Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but anyway...
If you have to get up very early for work/family/any reason, how do you do it??
I get up at 4.30am everyday for work and I'm always, always shattered. I've had the past week off and despite not getting up until 8am some days, I'm still falling asleep on the sofa at 9pm.
Please tell me your strategies and tips for getting up early. I am honestly on the verge of quitting my job because I'm so tired all the time.
