Piles, very painful, any remedies PLEASE?

I'm in agony and its months since my baby. I've been using Anusol and they still don't seem to be going, what esle can I do? Thanks, yours painfully even sitting down to type this!

ask in your health shop for Bioforce Aesculus (horse chestnut). the liquid will work much quicker but the tablets are more convenient and easier to take. I used them last year and piles completly gone in 2 weeks.
also fish oil can help (as it lubricates back passage when going to toilet, sorry if too graphic!).
make sure you are not constipated, this will just make them even harder to get rid of. drink loads and loads of water.

Having had piles most of my adult life. And having had awful awful piles during and after both my pregnancies, the only thing that works consistently for me is Proctofoam. Get your gp to prescribe it.

I found Lactulose helpful (to keep things soft (sorry) in that department. Also some suppositaries which were prescribed, but you can buy them. Doesn't sound nice, but it really helped me. The anusol cream didn't make much difference, but the suppositaries did. Also, drink LOTS of water. HTH
