I had an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound on Wednesday as have been having right sided pain. All was ok but she noticed my bowel was thickening and prominent. She did say they dont normally look at the bowel but because it was causimg me pain (internal) she had a look. I got a call from Gp the next day who ordered blood test for the next day and has referred me to a gastroenterologist. I have had no bleeding or diarrhoea and have a history of endometriosis. The only
other thing to note is my right ovary was, missing but she (ultrasound lady) was not concerned abput that. Does anyone have any ideas? I reacently found out I was very b12 deficient as well if that helps.

MegGriffin, I remember you from that thread from years back. Sorry I have no idea about thickening of the bowel, but wanted to say hello and I hope you'll have reassuring news and not have to wait long for it.

Hello Footle! I believe it was the prolapse thread? How are you doing? I seem to get one problem sorted and then another one (usually involving having to take my pants off) happens Blush
