Surprise diarrhoea no pain no warning

This is a bit embarrassing but can't be bothered to nc

I'm 5 weeks pregnant today and the symptoms while bad for the past week have been OK today.

Anyway I farted and it felt a bit warm so I thought it best to go check myself in the toilet. When I sat down to wipe without warning diarrhoea started pouring out of my bum. It sounded more like I was peeing. There were No cramps, no needing to go, no warning other than a simple fart. This has never happened to me before and I'm a bit worried now that it might become a regular thing. I'm not feeling ill. I'm just confused as to why this happened.

Is it a pregnancy thing or could there be another reason for it? My stomach is now gurgling away but still doesn't feel as if I need to go to the loo.

And I can't stop sneezing today so I'm terrified I'm going to shit myself.

Don't panic! Just an upset stomach, honest. Happens to everyone now and again and what with the pregnancy hormones raging around, expect it to happen again unfortunately

Obviously get it checked if it continues into the week but it's very normal

Gosh I've never had it like that before. I usually get at least a feeling of needing to go to the loo. Everything has me panicking right now
