Pregnant with IUD?

I had the copper coil inserted in December and it's been great, no pain ect.
The past few days I've been experiencing symptoms that are scarily similar to when I was pregnant with DD. Nausea, dizziness, sore breasts, plus just feeling pregnant.
Is it actually possible to be pregnant with the coil or am I just freaking out?

Well if my Dsis is anything to go by, yes. Sorry! My DM had a coil when she conceived her. You need to POAS to be sure, sorry.
