Sore boobs 6 weeks after Mirena

That's it really. They've blown up like water balloons and are very tender. I used to occasionally get same on Depo injection but the 6 week thing feels curious- shouldn't it be more 4-weekly?

(This is my v first Mirena, inserted directly after the last Depo "expired".)

Am I just worrying over nothing at all?

Normal complaint with the Mirena, I had mine fitted in April and although the discomfort has settled down some days drying boobs with a towel is uncomfortable!

(Not that your boobs hurt to dry, that it's normal!)

I had mine fitted two weeks ago. Left boob agony. I'm hoping it's all going to calm down as I've got another period quite soon after my last too
