Since ive had my dd...my breast (at the time of the month) become sooo tender and so sore

that it really hurts me when i take my bra off and they cannot be touched too as its so painful.... before i had my dd my breast were a tiny bit sore
Ive started to take the evening primrose oils.

i do have big norks too as always had them.

why is the change?

BLS no idea but just wanted to say same happens to me.

My doctor said it was water retention.

I think it's called cyclical mastalgia, I get it too, worse from ovulation until AF starts, and only really painful in the last year or so (dd now 3). Although I think its worse when I don't exercise, which I think helps to regulate hormones - it's settled down a bit now. First time I got it I thought maybe I was pg as it was so bad.

ouch thats sounds bad. i hate it when i take my bra off and i feels that my boobs had dropped like a ton of bricks as feels so heavy and so sore!!
