I never dreamed such a question would need to be asked?

Does anyone know if baby boys have wet dreams (so to speak - or at least leak fluid other than wee from their penis)

There have been a few time recently when changing my DS(8wks) that I have noticed some white stuff of a pasty consistency around his penis.

It doesnt smell and there's only a tiny bit.
It's not residue from cotton wool or talc or nappy cream so I wondered if it was a sort of pre-seaman (sp)?

Any ideas

boys do not produce semen or seminal fluid of any kind until puberty AFAIK

sounds like a thrush type infection .. I'd take him to gp and get it checked

I've never seen it in the eye of his penis, just underneath where it's attached to the testicles, and it's not every time

It;s weigh-in day tomorrow - I'll ask the HV before going to the GP - knowing my luck it fluff of a nappy or something!
