No twist or knock, slight swelling but excruciating pain in left ankle since Friday evening. Kept it elevated and cold compress yesterday and thought it was better, just woke up to go to loo and pain has made me feel sick. I can't sleep and don't want to wake poor do. Whatever can it be?
