Lumps on vulva (sorry)

I have a few quite large lumps/cysts on my vulva area. They aren't painful.

I've also had a bout of thrush, seemingly out of the blue.

Anyone else had these?

I have the lumps, about 6 , but nothing anyone can do about them apparently - one was scheduled for removal ages ago and then cancelled. It lies too close to a nerve so now it's staying with me apparently. Thankfully not painful! Would think the thrush ia probably not connected though?
