I had an anti d injection when pregnant with my 18mth old - as I am rhesus negative. I am now 14 wks pregnant, have had blood tests and have been phoned up to be told that there is anti=d in my blood. The Dr asked me whether I had an injection in this pregnancy - I haven't. I now have to go in on Friday to have more tests. When I asked what this meant, whether it was "bad", the Dr just said "we don't know - we need to do another test". She wouldn't say anything more. I am worried sick. Does this mean that having some anti d from the last time could be harmful to this baby? Normally the anti-d injection isn't till 28 wks. Can anyone give me any idea.??
Please!
