Hi all after experiencing severe pain in my lower right side of my stomach I went to my gp as the pain was tolerable but I'm now getting nausa and vomiting along with painful bowel movements my I was sent for a scan a couple of weeks ago as the nurse couldn't find my coil and thought the pain was linked to that but on scan it was in the right place but gp said I had a 4cm cyst on my ovarie my gp said that I'm to get a scan in 3mths time but I can't stand these pains even my normal pain relief isn't touching it Hmm

A very long time ago in my teens I had an ovarian cyst that ruptured, causing peritonitis. The symptoms were severe pain and nausea. Painkillers are just going to mask whatever's going on. If it is peritonitis you need to go to A&E.
