Men b for parents? Needed?

Hi all

My baby boy was born 10 weeks early in May. After our NICU experienced, I'm nervous about infections (but living life normally, going out with baby etc).

I was wondering if anyone had paid for a Men B or ACWY vaccine privately for themselves with the intention of protecting baby? Are there any benefits of doing this or am I being OTT?!

Would be grateful for views

Fifi, afaik studies about the vaccine reducing carriage/transmission are still ongoing so I'm not sure there is much evidence showing that having the vaccine yourself would protect others around you.
