Vaginal Discharge After Childbirth

Hello,
I gave birth 8 weeks ago. For the past few days I have had a clear/cream non-smelling discharge. There is quite a lot of it and I wondered if anyone else has experienced this and is it normal?
I havent had a period yet.

I had this on and off for weeks and weeks before my periods came back.

My baby is 9 months old and was born by emergency c section. Last month on day 14 of my cycle i had some discharge that had brown blood in it, now this month i have had it again on day 9. i have no idea if this is something that happens occationally after birth?? Anyone know anything about this please?
