MY DADS CANCER HAS SPREAD

to his bones and lungs he is going down hill so fast its scary im worried i wont be able to cope as of course i have a pregnant teenager and a toddler.Any advice would be great!

I have been to Dr and got some help. I wanted to take leave from work to look after him fulltime but i cant afford it, the money for caring is terrible
