Incredibly painful knee

My knee is so painful I am limping and really struggling to get up and down stairs and carry DS (he is 8 months.) Tried ibropufen hasn't really worked. Help!

Didn't want to read and run, have you tried an ice pack? A bag of frozen peas works well.
Have you injured it by twisting op? A supportive bandage might help, but sounds like you need a phyio appointment.

Do you have any idea when or how it happened? It does sound like a trip to the GP is next step.
No good suggesting rest/ice with a wee one 😟

I do need to see the GP but have s horrible feelings it's happened coz I'm fat. I get that I shouldn't be fat but it's still going to take time to lose the weight and it hurts a lot
