Week 40 - Be a Great Communicator
Good communication is highly underrated. When we have it, relating to others seems easy and effortless, and when we don't, it feels frustrating and arduous. It's easy to take good communication for granted; yet taking the time to communicate effectively can prove to be highly beneficial on many levels.

Practice effective communication in your daily interactions
Ok, I wasn't sure what this meant but it suggests
- Actively listen
- Repeat back what you've heard
- Keep attitudes in check i.e., respect the other person's opinions etc.
- Use body language
- Be clear and brief
- Take responsibility i.e., accept of you miscommunicated
- Practice anger management
