DS is 15 weeks old and generally very healthy. However, a couple of weeks ago and again just now he has had a poo which was colourless, odourless & runny like water. I mentioned it to HV when it happened the first time. She seemed very vague but thought it could be diarrhoea. Have never heard of this before - has anyone ever had experience of this? Oh, and DS hasn't pooed for 8 days which is quite normal fir him. He's exclusively BF.

How do you know it was a poo...?

He wears cloth nappies and there is a wet patch up front and then a separate patch at the back. Also, first time it happened I heard it! Had just put his nappy on, heard an explosion, took it off and his bum was all wet....

Sounds like a bug or virus to me. Doubt if there's anything you can do except keep an eye out, and up his feeds to replace the lost fluid.
