Hi wondered if I should call the dentist tomorrow or not .
Had a top back tooth out last Tuesday. Was ok at the time , however was in a lot of pain Thursday so went to the dentist she dressed it with something . Friday was so much better then the dressing came out and I am in so much pain tonight. Do you think it will go or should I revisit dentist, she seemed really off with me on Thursday . Any advice would be appreciated.

Definitely go back to the dentist. You should not have toothache you may have a dry socket.
