Yes its official , the doctor thinks Ive lost it !!!!!!! not really but she suggested I go to a PMT specialist at the Whittington Highgate as I really turn into Jekyl and Hide the 10 days or so leading up to my AF and the middle ovulation time aswill. I can feel the switch come on really strongly and I become a complete insomniac, not able to get to sleep till 12:00 & then waking up bolt upright at 3:00pm and no getting back to sleep till 5:30 ish, night after night. I also become really shouty, aggressive and moany(apologies friends who are reading this if ive been a pain). Everything makes me fly off the handle and I cant calm down, but then when my af's finished the calm , estoic melsy comes back overnight , so by the morning its like an old friends come to visit.

Has anyone else ever been to a PMT specialist ?? if so what can I expect ?? will they test my hormones for an imbalance ??

when i was doing my reflexology training case studies, i had to do 4 weekly treatments on 10 people. my friend suffers from PMS, although not as badly as you, but she was convinced that her PMS better... in so much as they crept up on her as she had no tell tale sore boobs and bad temper.

worth a try maybe as it certainly balances the endocrine system, particularly if you can find a therapist that knows specific linking techniques.

best wishes
