Pink discharge after smear test

Had my smear test today. Just noticed tonight I have some pink discharge. Never had this before but have been told for the last 2 smears that I have a ectropian. It has never caused bleeding before, should I be worried?

Yes it can happen. The nurse offered me a pad after my last smear as I was bleeding a little but I had a panty liner already so didn't need it.

Last time I had one she poked around so much that I bled a little (bright red) for three days and the test was unsurprisingly inconclusive. It's normal to have a little bit of pink discharge, don't worry.
