Hi, girls! I'm going to try a menstruation cup. I need some experienced advice. Is it normal to swim with menstruation cup? In swimming pool?
I talk about active swimming.

Yes, I wear mine without any problems at all.
Much better than the worry about a strong dangling out of the edge of my costume!
