Endo???

Hi can anyone help!
I'm 28 and stopped taking the depot injection about a year ago - no me atrial cycle back yet.
About 6-8 weeks ago I started experiencing pelvic pain just on the right hand side like sharp stabbing pains that sometimes spread dive my leg, I went to the doctor and they suggested eptopuc pregnancy but all pregnancy tests came back negative anyway since then the pain decreased but I now always have a constant urge to urinate and sometimes there's been blood in the urine . Other symptoms are im always always tired and my belly sometimes feels bloated! I've majorly freaked out and comvincef myself it's the worst case scenario ( the C word) but I've recently started looking at endometriosis too has anyone experienced this before? Sorry for long post !!! Also I've had tests for infections all have come back clear-going for scans next month

Could be endo but also could be a cyst? I have similar symptoms due to a cyst on my left ovary (which they're saying is caused by endo). You can get back, pelvic and leg pain from both conditions, according to what I've read. Your scan will identify any cysts but not endo, they have to look inside to confirm that. In your case it could (I'm not a doc, obvs!) be simple cysts caused by hormone imbalance after birth control. I've only had vague symptoms attributable to endo over the years but doc reckons my hormones are in freefall due to perimenopause, thus the sudden flare up of cysts and symptoms. You have my sympathies if you're in pain! Good you're getting the scan, if youre in a lot of pain go back to GP and tell them you need be fast tracked for the scan. X
