Test question?! 24 hour urine

Short version, having loads of health problems, been through the usual 18,000 blood tests, now been referred for a chest X-ray as a flushing smoker.
Also having 3 24 hour urine tests, one is hiaa which I can find online. The other two don't seem to exist... It says clinical details :flushing / Test items: GUMET. So any wise mners got any clues on GUMET?

24 hour urine collection is usually to test for catecholamines which if abnormal can possible suggest a problem with the adrenal gland. Not sure of what that hiia is though - can you ask GP?

Hiaa seems to be a hormone /kidney test which is a fairly commonly run one- not sure what gummet specfically stands for.
