DH been tested for liver cancer

Thats it really, in limbo waiting for results of a CAT scan, he has already been called back for a colonoscopy, all done on a fast track referral after he had a check up MRI following stents he had put in last February. Doctors mentioned primary and secondary

Really scared.

How worrying for you both. HCP here. I assume they saw something on the MRI in his liver and have done the CT to see if anything can be seen elsewhere? Did they call him for the colonoscopy after the CT or alongside? He should be told when he has the colonoscopy if they can see any abnormalities and if any biopsies are needed. The waiting and not knowing must be hard.

CT was yesterday, called back to dept today, they then phoned this afternoon informing him of the colonoscopy, bloods are all normal which is the anomaly, ex NHS admin in prison healthcare so no a bit to be dangerous to peaceful sleeping but not enough if you know what i mean
