Bloating around the time I'll be ovulating? Anything I can do to stop it? I suffer from trapped wind quite a lot but it's worse at this point in my cycle. Is this normal?

Me. I get it. Apparently you are supposed to drink water and exercise but I eat cakes and drink wine. sorry no help at all
