Osteopath or physio?

My shoulder's been hurting for a few weeks now. At first I thought maybe I'd slept on it strangely but it's not getting better. My shoulder hurts and so does the top of my arm when I try to raise it and various other movements are painful. Also, if I bend my arm so that my hand is resting on my neck the discomfort goes all the way down my arm and my forearm feels a little bit numb.

I'm wondering if it's a trapped nerve but really don't know. I don't think there's much point in visiting the GP but I'm not sure if I need to see an osteopath, physio or chiropractor.

My first point of call would be a physio.

Hope it improves soon.
