Ache in my stomach, back and leg

That's it really. It's been on and off since late morning and paracetomol has only provided temporary relief and it's more constant and more significant than earlier today.

I also feel run down/slightly fluey and am at the tail end of my period.

Any ideas?

do you think you could have pulled a muscle? done anything different?

Thanks SEA.

No, it just started out of the blue (although have been feeling a bit ill and stressed all week).

The stomach pain is a bit weird. It's a couple of inches to the right of my belly button, and I can also feel it pretty much in the same positon in my back.

is it like a stitch? (sorry i'm not much help!)

belgo · 02/02/2007 19:52

does the pain change when you move around, sit down, lie down, getting up etc?

I had to see an out of hours doctor this afternoon as the stomach and back pain was significantly worse. She said it was a urine infection, even though I've no pain when weeing.

Anyway, the Dr prescribed Trimethoprim and the weird thing is that I feel massively better even though I have taken a tablet yet!

I assume I should still take the course?
