Advice needed please

Hi all,
For the past few days when ever I lean down I get a sharp pain in the front of my head and behind my right eye. When I stand up I go light headed.

Anyone else had this?

Sounds like it could be a sinus problem. When mine play up, just leaning forward a little bit is really painful.

Have you had a cold recently?

Not recently, probably the start of one though!
