I had to share a bedroom with my younger brother for one night last week (obvs separate beds) It had been over 20 years since we had to do so as kids. He snored a lot. The next day he informed me i snored in a "painful way"…..before i could inform him of his own ear aching snoring. Is it possible that this evident family affliction is the cause of my constant fatigue? I lead a healthy lifestyle but 9 times out of 10 wake up exhausted even after 8 hours sleep.
