Arthritis bone spur?

I have psoriatic arthritis. Due to see consultant again some time soon.

I have previously had mainly tendon damage.

I now have a bony bump on my knee - like half a marble. My knee is quite crunchy.

I'm wondering if this is a bone spur (Dr Google), assuming arthritis related, and is it anything that needs treatment?

I had bone spurs on my ankle smoothed as part of a more complicated op (I have post traumatic arthritis). I'm not sure whether they would operate if it is the only issue - maybe depends how much pain you are in or whether it's likely to get worse. Glad you're seeing consultant soon - I would definitely ask about this.
