Child who stopped throwing up at 23.30 last night - can she go to school tomorrow (or still infectious?)

She seems pretty well today. Has just eaten some toast and marmite.

She will certainly feel well enough in herself to return tomorrow - but is she still infectious?

I'd send her if she's feeling ok, definitely.

I think she's ok. I thought these bugs mostly travelled via puke etc, not airborne ... although some on here feel differently.

The normal rule is 24 hours without puke or diarrhoea.

And she will be okay for the play date she has organised tomorrow as well presumably....?
