I have had a big bruise under my left big toenail for a couple of weeks now and a smaller one under the right big toenail. I have no recollection of any sort of injury and the bruises are painless. I stupidly googled and have terrified myself as apparently these can be symptomatic of a malignant melanoma. I will call GP tomorrow but in the meantime I'd be so grateful if you could glance at the pics and see what you think.
